Delivery terms
When you order from the EMMA & OLIVIA boutique, the delivery terms may differ from what you are used to. We ship our products directly from suppliers, which allows us to significantly save on warehousing and logistics costs. Thanks to this, we can offer very competitive prices.
Order processing and delivery time
Once you place your order, we need 1 to 3 business days to process it. This is usually within one business day, but orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend may take a little longer.
The average delivery time is 7–14 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
The buyer is solely responsible for activating any promotions or discounts. Since we do not manually check orders, we are not responsible for any errors in their use, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Delivery costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Your order will be delivered completely free of charge.
Orders delivered
EMMA & OLIVIA is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after they have been delivered to the specified address.
If desired, we can confirm delivery, provide a delivery date, and provide a tracking code to check for possible errors.
Canceling an order
If you have already placed an order and wish to cancel it, you must do so within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this time, cancellation is no longer possible as orders are processed quickly and may already be on their way.
Once you have received the package, you can of course always return the product according to our return policy.
